FAQ

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
All standard orders for WM will be received within 3-5 business days; EM 5-7 business days after product has been shipped. Kindly ensure the address you provided is full and correct, if the address is wrong, logistics company will return the product to us, which will affect the delivery process and we may charge you an additional postage fee for this.

2. How long will Preorder items reach? 
Estimated Time Arrival for Preorder items takes about 10 ~ 18 days to arrive after each batch cut off date. Please ready through our Preorder Policy before placing order.

3. I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange it for a different size?  
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. There can be slight differences (about 1cm-3cm) of the measurement given due to the different stretchable quality of the material.  We encourage you to measure yourself before choosing what size to order.

4. How do I know which size fits me? 
Please click on the size guide that is on each product page. If you have any specific questions please feel to dm us through IG. 

5. How do I place order?
Orders can be placed through our website (www.minidresser.com). We also accept placement through Instagram direct message.

6. How can i make payment for my order?
Minidresser.co currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. We also accept payment via FPX/Online Transfer and TNG payment. For bank transfer or TNG payment, please contact us through Instagram direct message with the payment receipt and order number within 24 hours to secure your orders.

7. Where is Clothing Shop Online based?
We are working in online based and we are based at Puchong, Selangor area. 

8. Can i doorstep to your place to pick up my parcel?
Yes you can. Kindly inform us at least one day before to avoid any uncertainty.
