Preorder Policy

Please ensure you have read through all preorder policies before purchase to avoid any misunderstanding.

About Preorder/Backorder delivery timeline

Once your order is placed and payment is fulfilled, we will process and ship out your order around 7 ~ 14 working days after each order's batch cut off date.
下单并完成付款后，我们将在每个订单的截止日期后的7至14工作天内处理并发货。

Backorder/Preorder cut off date will be on 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th of every month.
补货日期为每月的 5，10，15，20，25日。
For example, If you made a backorder on 13th of the month, our batch cut off date will be on the 15th. Hence, your order will arrive within 24th of the same month ~ 2nd of next month. Your parcel will then shipped from us within 1 ~ 3 working days.
举例来说，如果您在该月的13日预定了商品，我们的截止日期将在该月的15日。因此，您的订单将会在该月的24日至次月的2日之间抵达我们的本部。您的包裹将在商品到了之后的1至3个工作日内寄出。

Preordering an item does not guarantee its availability. While we make every effort to fulfill all preorders, in some cases, unforeseen circumstances such as (items out of stock, supplier delay, items defect) may result in an item becoming unavailable. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options which you may change to other ready stocks item with equal value or offer a refund.
预订商品并不保证其可供应。我们会尽最大努力履行所有预订，但在某些情况下，意外情况（如库存不足、供应商延迟、商品瑕疵）可能导致某个商品无法履行供应。如果发生这种情况，我们会及时通知您，并提供其他可供选择的选项，您可以更换为其他等值的现货商品或选择退款。

Please note that once a preorder is placed, changes or cancellations are not accepted. Preordered items are specially ordered and reserved for you, production and allocation processes begin immediately. Therefore, we cannot accommodate any modifications or cancellations once the preorder is confirmed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
