Once the product is worn out, tag is removed, or it's received more than 3 days, it's consider as sold and non-refundable.
All ready stock item will be shipped out within 1-3 working days once order is confirmed. Please take note that Sunday and public holidays are not counted as working days.
All standard orders for WM will probably receive within 2-5 business days; EM 4-7 business days; SG 3-9 business days after product has been shipped
