We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective eg: zip problem, obvious stains (more than 1cm), torn/ripped items.

Once the product is worn out, tag is removed, or it's received more than 3 days, it's consider as sold and non-refundable.
All ready stock item will be shipped out within 1-3 working days once order is confirmed. Please take note that Sunday and public holidays are not counted as working days.
